It's Thursday today. And a gross raining stormy, very grey day. Some day s I like the rain. Not all. And I think today is not a good rain day for me.... but that's ok. It's not always a good rain day. Even if the day is a good one.
New tenant moved in finally last night. I'm happy she is here, and in our home. She is a wonderful person, and will be a wonderful fit. She was tired, understandable.... Didn't eat dinner with us, but that's ok as well. I know as she settles in, things will work out for her. And my partner seems to like her, and they are both artists. sooooo. I am happy. Yes, she is also a BDsm'r and Domme. And likes her privacy as well. I'm looking forward to the future.
In all that.... my partner and I stayed up way past 2 am playing a very silly game. I am feeling it today. Very tired, sleep hung over.... as my body reacts to that abuse. hahahaha. Definately an early night tonight. But boy did we have a great laugh and time, and very much worth the tired today. And love the game he found.
My client canceled for tomorrow's sesson due to a work obligation that came up. Understandable, been there. So now my Firday is open. What to do???? hmmmm. As this is my birthday weekend, I am sure I can come up with something. I am still trying to fathom another year older. Normally age doesn't get to me, but for some reason as I look in the mirror... I am feeling it this year. It's been a very up and down year for me; some tiring, some not, some not so great (like my foot), and others great. I know I can get through this, as I have to. But just a lil tough this time.
Well... as my partner finishes a mural and I make us more tea..... think I am going to plan the rest of my weekend out. Where to hide... lol... where not to. And contemplate tonight's dinner. Life as per usual outside of the dungeon.
Oh piggy boy... where out there? We have a serious session to do. I still foresee that cage with you in it, and the torture I can do to you. Sigh.
It's Tuesday. Was a great weekend.... Lot's of friends and good times. And finally Christened the closet upstairs. Fun had by all.
Had a great play day with with boi. Always fun doing a lil torture, Wish it was longer though. Needing a good nice hard long session. Soon.
Getting ready for new tenant to move in tomorrow. Can't wait. Looking forward to having another person in the house, and a woman as well. It makes for a very nice balance. So still a few things to do, most of the stairwell painting is done.... just some touch-ups left to do.
Hopefully tonight some great times as well.... while we still have house to ourselves. muahahahahaha.

Well.... The search still continues for a tenant. Arg. Frustrating. Though I do have a wonderful Lady to move in the on the 15th, my partner still wants to meet with a few that we have set up. Though one already flaked yesterday, and I don't really care to meet after. I'm the type... you don't show for a set appointment, doesn't what what type, you lose out. I find it highly disrespectful, especially if you can't contact in sufficient time ahead to say your not going to be able to make it. We finally text about 5 minutes after meet was to start... several times after. Half hour after she finally text saying she had an emergency. ummm. that is 4 now that have done that. Took me a lil while to get that frustration out of my system.
Went for a great dinner and some Genius Edition (made in about 1985) Trivial Pursuit at a couple friends of ours. Yes, I won. shhhh. Didn't get home till well after 11pm, so has taken a bit to wake up today. Coffee, my morning staple, has helped.
Well.... the studio is now cleared of art stuff, well cleaned and put in place. So off I go to set the dungeon up. And then dress according. Happy to see the sun out today, lifts the spirits.

So here I sit. Having spent what feels like forever trying to get blog onto new computer. Frustrating. And now need to beat something to rid frustrations. Soon...... so very soon.
In the last year... I've moved into a house. Dealt with poor tenants. Snapped cartilage in my foot, and tore tendons... Still limping on that, but it is healing. Slowly. Stopped me from picking up a flogger for a couple of weeks, but I am back at it full force. Even made a dungeon/art studio. And so much more. I've been busy.
Thought I would get in here and get something written down before I feed the critter {my dog and the 2 cats}. then off to go interview perspective tenants. It's raining like there is no tomorrow, missing the sun. So is my dog. But spring will soon be here.
